Lake Links are 3 ounce sausages made from Freshwater Whitefish seasoned with onion, garlic and herbs. These moist flavorful sausages are fully cooked and may be eaten without further preparation. They may also be served warm by lightly grilling or simmering them in a pan of water on the stove-top. Vacuum packaged four sausages per package.

TRADITIONAL SMOKED WHITEFISH & LAKE TROUT FILLETS
Traditional Smoked Whitefish and Lake Trout Fillets are hand trimmed and use only salt and a touch of brown sugar to enhance the hardwood smoke flavor.
