Mackinac Straits Fish Company products make a delicious and thoughtful gift for any occasion. With our FedEx Overnight Shipping program your items should arrive at the height of freshness and flavor. You may schedule shipping orders in advance; just make sure to place your order no later than 3pm Wednesday if you want the delivery to occur the following week. Depending upon product availability we ship Monday through Wednesday.
Delivery Dates & Guarantee Policy
- All products are available for delivery Tuesday through Friday
- We stand behind our product when delivered in a timely manner. However, we cannot be responsible for shipment delays due to weather complications, incorrect addresses, delivery to remote areas, or recipents unavailability to receive order. We will however, file claims on your behalf with FedEx. Refund or Reshipment will be granted when your claim is approved.
- Notify the recipient that a PERISHABLE package is arriving by 5:00pm on the scheduled delivery date.
- Instruct the recipient to refrigerate the contents of the package immediately!
- Track your package online through the FedEx website.
- Reschedule delivery if there are severe weather conditions forecast in the shipping address area. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. Including apartment numbers and zipcode.
- Please scheudle your holiday shipment to avoid the week before Christmas.

Lake Links
No ordinary sausage, our Lake Links are made with freshwater whitefish and seasoned with onion, garlic, and savory herbs. Fully cooked, these moist, flavorful sausages may be grilled, pan fried or simmered on the stove top.
Four vacuum sealed sausages per package. Store in refrigerator for up to 21 days.
